The industry: Utah is becoming an increasingly popular place to visit. The state’s ultralight snow draws skiers from around the world. The national parks (Zion, Bryce Canyon, Arches, Canyonlands and Capitol Reef) attract adventure campers from both inside and outside of the state. The most-visited welcome center in Utah is St. George. The number of visitors at Utah’s five national parks increased 7.4 percent in 2008.
