The convergence of recent advances in nanotechnology with modern biology and medicine has created the exciting new research field of nanobiotechnology. This year's nanoUtah 2008 conference will emphasize nanomedicine- the use of nanobiotechnology in medicine. Held at the Huntsman Cancer Institute, the conference will bring the state's university nanoscience and engineering communities together with biomedical scientists and clinicians.
